Exclusion of Students. The teacher may temporarily exclude a pupil from class, when the nature of the offense, the persistence of the misbehavior or the disruptive effect of the violation makes the continued presence of the student in the classroom intolerable. All student exclusions from classrooms pursuant to this paragraph shall not violate SB 100, PA 99-0456. In such cases the teacher will furnish the building principal, safety facilitator and/or principal designee with the full written particulars of the incident, as promptly as his/her teaching duties will allow.
