EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the parties hereto intend that this Agreement will not benefit, or create any right or cause of action on behalf of, any Person other than a party hereto and that no Person, other than a party hereto, will be entitled to rely on the provisions of this Agreement in any proceeding.
