Common use of Exclusion of Warranty Clause in Contracts

Exclusion of Warranty. To the full extent permitted by law, HP excludes all representations, warranties, terms and conditions, whether express or implied (and including those implied by statute, custom, law or otherwise), except as expressly set out in this Agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
