Common use of Exclusionary or Discriminatory Specifications Clause in Contracts

Exclusionary or Discriminatory Specifications. Except where otherwise required by Federal statute or regulations, the Contractor agrees that it will comply with the requirements of 49 U.S.C. § 5323(h)(3) by refraining from using exclusionary or discriminatory specifications in the performance of the work.
