Exclusions from Personal Property. It is hereby acknowledged by the parties that the Assigned Property shall not include claims relating to any real property tax refunds or rebates for periods accruing prior to the date hereof, existing insurance claims and any existing claims against tenants of the Property, which claims are hereby reserved by Seller.
