Exclusions from the Settlement Class. Any person within the Settlement Class may request exclusion from the Settlement Class by expressly stating his/her request in a written exclusion request. Such exclusion requests must be received by the Settlement Administrator at the address specified in the Class Notice in written form, by first class mail, postage prepaid, and postmarked, no later than 60 days after the Notice Date.
