Exclusive Contract. For the avoidance of doubt, this Contract constitutes an exclusive agreement for you to supply your milk to DFMC during the Term. You will breach this Contract if you supply any of your milk to a third party at any time prior to this Contract terminating or otherwise expiring in accordance with its terms.
