Exclusive Option. Ambit hereby grants to Cephalon an exclusive option to obtain the licenses described in Section 6.2.2 to all Collaboration Compounds, which option shall be exercised by Cephalon’s designation of a Collaboration Clinical Candidate pursuant to Section 8.1.
