Exclusive Procedure. 7.4.1 This procedure shall be the exclusive procedure for taking disciplinary actions and appealing disciplinary actions against regular permanent employees. 7.4.2 Minor disciplinary actions shall be subject to appeal only through the grievance procedure, up to and including Formal Level 3. Sections 8.5.3 through 8.5.4 of Article 8 shall not apply to minor disciplinary actions.
