Common use of Exclusive Representations Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Representations. Except as set forth in this Article 2, the Contributor makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, and the Company acknowledges that it has not relied upon any other such representation or warranty. The Contributor acknowledges that no representation or warranty has been made by the Company with respect to the legal and Tax consequences of the transfer to the Company of the Column Interest, nor with respect to the Contributor’s receipt of Common Shares as consideration therefor. The Contributor acknowledges that it has not relied upon any other such representation or warranty.
