Common use of EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS Clause in Contracts

EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS. 7.1 The Purchaser shall be entitled to the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Exclusive Use Area (where applicable), subject to the provisions of the Act, the Rules and this Agreement. 7.2 The rights to the Exclusive Use Area shall be allocated by way of a notarial cession in terms of Section 27 of the Act. 7.3 The Seller shall be entitled to sell and allocate exclusive use rights to other areas of Common Property to other purchasers in the Development Scheme.

EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS. 7.1 10.1 The Purchaser shall shall, subject to the rules, be entitled to the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Exclusive Use Area (where applicable)designated exclusive use area, subject if any, relating to the provisions of the Act, the Rules and this Agreementunit sold herein. 7.2 The rights to the Exclusive Use Area shall be allocated by way of a notarial cession in terms of Section 27 of the Act. 7.3 10.2 The Seller shall be entitled have the right to sell and allocate allow a Purchaser of any other unit in the development to have the exclusive use rights and enjoyment of areas pertaining to other areas of Common Property to other purchasers in the Development Schemesuch units.
