EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS. 5.1 The Seller shall not be obliged to delineate any exclusive use areas, other than the carports on the Sectional Plans but reserves its right at its sole discretion to delineate any exclusive use area from the common property should it elect to do so. 5.2 The Seller shall procure that the Body Corporate allocates to the owner of The Property the use of a carport purchased in terms of this agreement of sale.
