Common use of Execute Documents Clause in Contracts

Execute Documents. sign any document, execute any deed and do all such other acts and things as may be considered by him to be incidental or conducive to any of the matters or powers aforesaid or to the realisation of the security of the Security Trustee and the Beneficiaries and to use the name of the Chargor for all the purposes aforesaid;
