Common use of Executing Agency Clause in Contracts

Executing Agency. An Executing Agency is any legal public authority, any public or private corporation as well as any organization, recognized by the Parties and mandated to implement a specific Project financed under this Framework Agreement. The main tasks of the Executing Agency are i.a.: - Implementation of the Projects; - Execution of the Public procurement; - Reporting to the Intermediate Body or NCU, based on the requirements. The Project Agreement shall contain the name of the Executing Agency. Its tasks and responsibilities shall be defined in the Implementation Agreement.
