Common use of Execution Affidavits Clause in Contracts

Execution Affidavits. The Administrative Agent shall have received execution affidavits or other evidence as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request in order to establish that either (i) all of the Loan Documents have been executed by the Company and the other Loan Parties outside of the State of Florida and delivered to the Administrative Agent (or its agent) outside of the State of Florida or (ii) all applicable documentary Taxes have been paid.
