Common use of EXECUTION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER Clause in Contracts

EXECUTION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER. The Contract shall be binding on DSHS only upon signature by DSHS. The Contract may be altered, amended, or waived by a written amendment executed by both parties, except that only the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's designee has authority to amend or waive these General Terms and Conditions on behalf of DSHS.
