Execution and Delivery of Documents, etc. The Seller shall have executed and delivered (or caused to be executed and delivered, as the case may be) to the Buyer each of the other deliverables set forth in Subsections 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 3.2.3, 3.2.4, 3.2.6, 3.2.7, 3.2.8, 3.2.9, 3.2.10, and 3.2.11 hereof.
