Common use of Execution and Delivery of Notes Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Execution and Delivery of Notes Guarantee. (a) Neither the Issuers nor any Guarantor shall be required to make a notation on the Notes to reflect any Notes Guarantee or any release, termination or discharge thereof. (b) Each Guarantor agrees that its Notes Guarantee set forth in Section 11.01 hereof will remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any failure to endorse on each Note a notation of such Notes Guarantee. (c) Each Subsidiary which is required to become or intends to become a Guarantor pursuant to this Indenture will execute and deliver to the Trustee a supplemental indenture substantially in the form attached to this Indenture as Exhibit D pursuant to which such Subsidiary will become a Guarantor under this Article 11.
