Execution and Delivery of Other Documents. Agent shall have received, all duly executed and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent: (i) the Canadian Security Documents, (ii) the Guaranties, (iii) the Guarantor Security Agreements, (iv) the Pledge Agreement, (v) the Intercompany Subordination Agreement, (vi) the Collateral Assignment of Acquisition Agreement, (vii) the Sponsor Subordination Agreements and (viii) the Other Documents contemplated to be delivered as of the Effective Date;
