The Subsidiary Guarantee shall be executed on behalf of each respective Subsidiary Guarantor by any one of such Subsidiary Guarantor’s 's Chairman of the Board of DirectorsBoard, Vice Chairman of the Board of DirectorsBoard, Chief Executive Officer, President, one of its President or Vice Presidents, attested by its Secretary or its Assistant Secretary. The signature of any or all of these persons officers on the Subsidiary Guarantee may be manual or facsimile.
