Common use of Execution and Delivery of the Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Execution and Delivery of the Guarantee. To further evidence the Guarantee set forth in this Article Sixteen, the Guarantor hereby agrees that a notation of the Guarantee in the form set forth in Annex A hereto shall be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and executed by either manual or facsimile signature of its Chairman of the Board, its President or one of its Vice Presidents and attested by its Secretary or one of its Assistant Secretaries.
