Execution and Delivery of Trust Securities Certificates. At the Closing, an Administrator shall execute, on behalf of the Trust, Trust Securities Certificates, in an aggregate Liquidation Amount as provided in Sections 2.4 and 2.5, and deliver such Trust Securities Certificates to the Property Trustee for authentication. Upon such delivery, the Property Trustee shall authenticate such Trust Securities Certificates and deliver such Trust Securities Certificates in authorized denominations upon the written order of the Trust, executed by an Administrator thereof, without further corporate action by the Depositor.
