Common use of Execution by the Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Execution by the Borrowers. The Borrowers shall have executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent a promissory note in the principal amount of $15,000,000, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to this Amendment No. 2, which promissory note shall replace the Notes originally issued by the Borrowers in connection with the Credit Agreement.
