Execution in Counterparts/Facsimile Transmission. This Amendment may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original and all of which, collectively, will be deemed to constitute one and the same Amendment. This Amendment may also be signed by exchanging facsimile copies of this Amendment, duly executed, in which event the parties hereto will promptly thereafter exchange original counterpart signed copies hereof.
Execution in Counterparts/Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement and any other Loan Documents may be executed in any number of counterparts, and any Party hereto or thereto may execute any counterpart, each of which when executed and delivered will be deemed to be an original and all of which counterparts of this Agreement or any other Loan Documents, as the case may be, taken together will be deemed to be but one and the same instrument. At the option of Lender, any of the Loan Documents may be executed and delivered by facsimile transmission to Lender's Legal Counsel and such facsimile transmission shall be deemed the same as the delivery of the originals.
