Common use of Execution in Counterparts; Severability Clause in Contracts

Execution in Counterparts; Severability. 25.1 This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (manually, electronically or by facsimile) each of which when so executed and delivered is an original, but all the counterparts together constitute the same document. This Agreement shall be fully effective and binding on each party hereto upon at least one copy of this Agreement having been executed and delivered by such party notwithstanding that any other party to this Agreement has executed or has delivered or delivers a counterpart of this Agreement. 25.2 Where any provision in or obligation under this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions or obligations under this Agreement, or of such provision or obligation in any other jurisdiction, shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
