Concurrently herewith, the Administrative Agent directs the Collateral Agent, and the Collateral Agent is authorized to enter into the Account Control Agreement and any other related agreements in the form delivered to the Collateral Agent. For the avoidance of doubt, all of the Collateral Agent’s rights, obligations, representations, protections and immunities provided herein shall apply to the Collateral Agent for any actions taken or omitted to be taken under the Account Control Agreement and any other related agreements in such capacity.
