Execution of Change Orders. A. OWNER and DESIGN/BUILDER shall execute appropriate Change Orders or Written Amendments covering: 1. changes in the Work which are (i) ordered by OWNER pursuant to paragraph 9.01, (ii) required because of acceptance of defective Construction under paragraph 12.08 or correcting defective Work under paragraph 12.09 or (iii) agreed to by the parties; and 2. changes in the Contract Price or Contract Times which are agreed to by the parties.
