Common use of Execution of Collateral Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution of Collateral Documents. The Lenders hereby empower and --------------------------------- authorize the Agent to execute and deliver to the Borrower on their behalf the Pledge and Security Agreement(s) and all related financing statements and any financing statements, agreements, documents or instruments as shall be necessary or appropriate to effect the purposes of the Pledge and Security Agreement(s). The Lenders acknowledge and consent to the Agent acting as collateral agent under the Pledge and Security Agreement and the other Collateral Documents for the other secured creditors thereunder in addition to the Lenders.
