Common use of Execution of Counterparts of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Execution of Counterparts of Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts (or other evidence of execution, including telephonic message, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment, which collectively shall have been duly executed on behalf of each of the Borrower, the Subsidiary Guarantors, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent.

Execution of Counterparts of Amendment.
