Common use of Execution of Counterparts of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Execution of Counterparts of Amendment. The Agent shall have received executed counterparts (or other evidence of execution, including facsimile signatures, satisfactory to the Agent) of this Amendment No. 1, which collectively shall have been duly executed on behalf of each of the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Required Lenders and the Agent.
