Execution of Deeds, Contracts, Etc. All deeds and mortgages made by the Corporation and other material written contracts and agreements into which the Corporation enters other than transactions in the ordinary course of business shall, unless otherwise directed by the Board or required by law, be executed in its name by any authorized officer of the Corporation, signing singly, and, when necessary or required, shall be duly attested by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary. Written contracts and agreements in the ordinary course of business operations may be executed by any officer or employee of the Corporation designated by the Chief Financial Officer to execute such contracts and agreements.
