Execution of Equipment Notes. The Equipment Notes shall be signed on behalf of the Company by an authorized officer of the Company. Such signatures may be the manual or facsimile signatures of such officer and minor errors or defects in any reproduction of any such signature shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any Equipment Note which has been duly authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee. In case any officer of the Company who shall have signed any of the Equipment Notes shall cease to be such officer before the Equipment Notes so signed shall be authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee or disposed of by the Company, such Equipment Note nevertheless may be authenticated and delivered or disposed of as though the person who signed such Equipment Note had not ceased to be such officer of the Company; and any Equipment Note may be signed on behalf of the Company by such person or persons as, at the actual date of the execution of such Equipment Note, shall be the proper officers of the Company, although at the date of the execution and delivery of this Indenture any such person was not such an officer. Equipment Notes bearing the facsimile signatures of individuals who were authorized officers of the Company at the time such Equipment Notes were issued shall bind the Company, notwithstanding that such individuals or any of them have ceased to hold such offices prior to the authentication and delivery of such Equipment Notes or did not hold such offices at the respective dates of such Equipment Notes.
