Common use of Execution of Escrow Agreement Clause in Contracts

Execution of Escrow Agreement. A condition of any exercise of the ----------------------------- Option as to Unvested Shares, as defined in paragraph 10 below, is that the Optionee, and the spouse of the Optionee, if any, contemporaneously with the exercise of the Option and prior to any issuance of any stock certificate representing the shares purchased on exercise of the Option, execute the form of escrow agreement required by paragraph 10(b) below.
