Common use of Execution of Financing Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution of Financing Documents. All the Financing Documents (other than documents which are to be executed at a later date in terms of this Agreement) in a form acceptable to the Lender shall have been duly executed by the Borrower and/ or the Security Providers, as the case may be, and the Transaction Documents shall be in full force and effect, binding and enforceable in accordance with the terms thereof.
