Common use of Execution of Financing Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution of Financing Documents. Each Bank and Hedging Bank irrevocably authorises the Agent to sign or execute and deliver, as the case may be, the following Financing Documents: (a) the Intercreditor Agreement; and (b) theSecurity Documents (except where entered into by the Security Trustee on behalf of the Secured Parties), on its behalf.
