Execution of Further Releases. At any time at or after the Effective Time, at the request of Post, on the one hand, or BellRing Inc. or BellRing LLC, on the other hand, Post (in the case of a request by BellRing Inc. or BellRing LLC) or BellRing LLC (in the case of a request by Post) shall cause each member of its respective Group to execute and deliver releases reflecting the provisions of this Section 5.1.
