Common use of Execution of Lease Amendments Clause in Contracts

Execution of Lease Amendments. Notwithstanding the fact that T▇▇▇▇▇’s exercise of the above-described option to lease the RFO Premises shall be self-executing, as aforesaid, the parties hereby agree promptly to execute a lease amendment reflecting the addition of the RFO Premises. The execution of such lease amendment shall not be deemed to waive any of the conditions to Tenant’s exercise of the herein option to lease the RFO Premises, unless otherwise specifically provided in such lease amendment.
