Common use of Execution of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution of Loan Documents. Each of the Lenders and Issuing Banks hereby authorizes and directs the Administrative Agent to execute and deliver each Loan Document (including, without limitation, those specified in Section 13.21) to be executed by the Administrative Agent on or about the Closing Date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Execution of Loan Documents. Each member of the Lenders and Issuing Banks Bank Group hereby authorizes and directs the Administrative Agent and the Funds Administrator to execute and deliver each Loan Document (including, without limitation, those specified in Section 13.213.01) to be executed by the Administrative Agent or the Funds Administrator on or about the Closing Effective Date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
