Execution of Projects. 1. The Government shall remain responsible for its UNDP-assisted development projects and the realization of their objectives as described in the relevant Project Documents, and shall carry out such parts of such projects as may be stipulated in the provisions of this Agreement and such Project Documents. The UNDP undertakes to complement and supplement the Government’s participation in such projects through assistance to the Government in pursuance of this Agreement and the Work Plan forming part of such Project Documents, and through assistance to the Government in fulfilling its intent with respect to investment follow-up. The Government shall inform UNDP of the Government Co-operating Agency directly responsible for the Government’s participation in each UNDP-assisted project. Without prejudice to the Government’s overall responsibility for its projects, the Parties may agree that an Executing Agency shall assume primary responsibility for execution of a project in consultation and agreement with the Co-operating Agency, and any arrangements to this effect shall be stipulated in the project Work Plan forming part of the Project Document together with arrangements, if any, for transfer of such responsibility, in the course of project execution, to the Government or to an entity designated by the Government. 2. Compliance by the Government with any prior obligations agreed to be necessary or appropriate for UNDP assistance to a particular project shall be a condition of performance by the UNDP and the Executing Agency of their responsibilities with respect to that project. Should provision of such assistance be commenced before such prior obligations have been met, it may be terminated or suspended without notice and at the discretion of the UNDP. 3. Any agreement between the Government and an Executing Agency concerning the execution of the UNDP-assisted project or between the Government and an operational expert shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. 4. The Cooperating Agency shall in consultation with the Executing Agency assign a full-time director for each project, whenever required and agreed upon between the Government and UNDP, who shall perform such functions as are assigned to him by the Cooperating Agency. The Executing Agency shall in consultation with the Cooperating Agency appoint a Chief Technical Adviser or Project Coordinator responsible to the Executing Agency to oversee the Executing Agency’s participation in the project...

Execution of Projects. 1. The directors of Fundação ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and CGC-Rio may designate those responsible for each project, granting them powers to sign the project documents provided for in this Cooperation and Exchange Agreement. 2. For the fulfillment of its purposes, specific addendums will be signed for each project that is developed between the institutions, in which particular objectives and mode of operation will be established, as necessary.

  • Completion of Project This Grant Agreement shall terminate upon completion of the project and payment of the last invoice.

  • Construction of Project 11.1.1 Developer agrees to cause the Project to be developed, constructed, and installed in accordance with the terms hereof and the Construction Provisions set forth in Exhibit D, including those things reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents as being within the scope of the Project and necessary to produce the stated result even though no mention is made in the Contract Documents.

  • DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT For the Company to be eligible to earn the Maximum Credit Amount, the Company will satisfy its obligations as reflected in the following representations, which the IEDC has relied upon: A. The Company will complete the Project at the Project Location. B. The Company represents that the number of permanent, Full-Time Employees (as defined in Indiana Code § 6–3.1–13–4) from whom Indiana state income tax withholdings are retained by the State of Indiana, employed as of the Commencement Date at the Project Location, is the Base Employment Number. C. The Project will result in the creation of New Employees (as defined in Indiana Code § 6- 3.1-13-6) at the Project Location of at least the Additional Jobs Commitment. D. The average of the hourly wages, before benefits, paid to New Employees at the Project Location, will at least equal the Average Wage Commitment. E. At the discretion of the IEDC, New Employees that are paid an average wage of less than the Minimum Wage Commitment may be excluded for the purpose of calculating the credit amount. F. The Project is anticipated to involve at least the Capital Investment Amount.
