Execution of Service Agreement. Whenever the System Operator determines that a System Impact Study is not required and that the requested service can be provided, it will notify the Eligible Customer as soon as practicable but no later than thirty days after receipt of the Completed Application, and will tender a Service Agreement to the Eligible Customer.
