Common use of Execution of Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Execution of Supplemental Indenture. This Second Supplemental Indenture is executed and shall be construed as an indenture supplemental to the Indenture and, as provided in the Indenture, this Second Supplemental Indenture forms a part thereof. Except as amended and supplemented hereby, the Indenture (as constituted prior to the date hereof) shall remain in full force and effect.
