Common use of Execution of Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Execution of Supplemental Indenture. In executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any Supplemental Indenture permitted by this Article or the modification thereby of the trusts created by this Master Indenture, the Trustee shall receive, and shall be fully protected in relying upon, an opinion of counsel addressed and delivered to the Trustee and the City stating that the execution of such Supplemental Indenture is permitted by and in compliance with this Master Indenture and any Applicable Laws. The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such Supplemental Indenture which affects the Trustee’s own rights, duties and immunities under this Master Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indenture. In executing, or accepting permitting the additional trusts created by, any Supplemental Indenture supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification thereby of the trusts created by this Master Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.2, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an opinion Opinion of counsel addressed and delivered to the Trustee and the City Counsel stating that the execution of such Supplemental Indenture supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by and in compliance with this Master Indenture and any Applicable LawsIndenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such Supplemental Indenture which supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee’s 's own rights, duties and duties, liabilities or immunities under this Master Indenture or otherwise.
