Common use of Execution of the Activities Generally Clause in Contracts

Execution of the Activities Generally. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Activities. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Activities to be carried out by the MDA (“Project Implementing Entity”) in accordance with the provisions of: (a) Article II of the Standard Conditions; (b) this Article II; and (c) the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006 and revised in January 2011.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Activities to be carried out by through the MDA (“Project Implementing Entity”) MPGIS and MECDM in accordance with the provisions of: (a) Article II of the Standard Conditions; (b) this Article II; and (c) the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006 and revised in January 20112011 and as of July 1, 2016.
