Common use of Execution of the Project Clause in Contracts

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management Plan. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management Plan. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ ' services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the PMU with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalagricultural, engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Borrower, through the PMU, shall carry out the Project in accordance with the PIP and the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Development Budget Execution Unit within MOF with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Administrator shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Administrator shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project Project, and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Grant, shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 (c) of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Administrator, and furnish to the Association Administrator not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationAdministrator, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Administrator a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its obligations under the Loan Agreement, shall carry out the Project through SCC with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and technical practices, ; and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOC with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate technical, administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and telecommunications practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through AACA, MOF and AGO with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards technical practices and practiceswith due regard for environment, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project Project, and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.06(c) of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this AgreementProject, and, to this end, shall carry out Part A of the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalaccounting, engineering engineering, environmental, and environmental standards and public utility practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for Part A of the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out Part A of the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for Part A of the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement sustainability of the objectives Part A of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through DOE with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalagricultural and engineering practices, engineering and social and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and with the provisions of the Environmental Management Project Implementation Plan. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Finance and Economy with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialmanagement, technical, engineering financial and environmental economic standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the PIU with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering administrative and environmental standards and financial practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower through the PIU shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanPIP. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through its Ministry of Finance, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialmanagement, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and budgetary practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit and of the DFID Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through the MOAWR, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through its Ministry of Education and Training, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and education practices and sound social and environmental standards and practicesstandards, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the ProjectProject and its sustainability; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out Part C of the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialmanagement, technicalfinancial and forestry practices, engineering and sound social and environmental standards and practicesstandards, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, goods and works and consultants’ services required for Part C of the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit GEF Trust Fund Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through its MAF with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate financial, administrative, financialengineering, technical, engineering irrigation and drainage and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall shall, through MOI, carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate engineering, environmental, administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and financial practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanFramework. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through SEDR with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate financial, administrative, financialsocial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project through SEDR in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanPIM. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ ' services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions Conditions, and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Implementing Agencies with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and fisheries resource management practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through TUPWS with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialengineering, technicalenvironmental, engineering financial and environmental standards and resettlement practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through DGHE, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeadmini- strative, financialeducational, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement procure- ment of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement achieve- ment of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and educational practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and a Project Implementation Plan satisfactory to the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAssociation. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project or cause it to be carried out with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering governance and environmental standards and public health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program implementation program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 (c) of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for to ensure the continued achievement of the continuous objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards practices and practiceswith due regard to ecological and environmental factors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit GEF Trust Fund Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationBank, a plan for to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the MOET with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialengineering, technicalenvironmental, engineering financial and environmental standards and practices, public utility practices and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project through the MOET in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalpopulation planning, engineering medical and environmental standards and public health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalengineering, engineering practices and environmental standards and practiceswith due regard to ecological factors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Bank and the Association Recipient shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ ' services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit GEF Trust Fund Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this AgreementAgreement . Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Bank and the AssociationRecipient, a plan for the continued achievement of to achieve the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the PCU with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering administrative and environmental standards and health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and Agreement. (c) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section, the Environmental Management PlanBorrower shall, in order to ensure the timely availability of the funds required for the Project, maintain the Local Contribution Account within its National Bank and replenish such account in quarterly intervals with such amounts as shall be needed to reestablish a balance in the equivalent of $400,000. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation theretoConditions, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards agricultural practices and practicessound environmental, health and social standards, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MAWR with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialenvironmental, technical, engineering and environmental standards and agricultural practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the IFAD Loan and the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the ARD with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions Conditions, and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MISA with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialenvironmental, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and practices, public social services practices and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Borrower, through MISA, shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower through MISA shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Implementing Agencies as set out in Part B of Schedule 4 to this Agreement with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial sector and environmental standards and capital market practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ ' services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeagricultural, financialhealth, technicalpublic utility, engineering and environmental standards and administrative practices, and with due regard for environmental practices and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the CTS with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalbanking, engineering legal and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the MOA with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, agriculture, engineering, environmental, financial, technical, engineering technical and environmental standards and water conservation practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ ' services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through HCREX with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering engineering, administrative, demobilization and environmental standards and reintegration practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement sustainability of the objectives achievements of the ProjectProject and the future operation of the Program; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the MOH with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalhealth, engineering and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the fundsfunds (including foreign exchange), facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section Section, and except as the Borrower and the Association Administrator shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Administrator shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Interim Fund Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) preparePrepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Administrator, and furnish to the Association Administrator not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date Date, or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationAdministrator, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford Afford the Association Administrator a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the PIU with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalagricultural, engineering and environmental standards practices and practiceswith due regard to ecological and environmental factors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanLoan Agreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit GEF Trust Fund Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Finance, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialmanagement, technical, engineering financial and environmental banking standards and practices, and shall provide, and cause to be provided, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Finance with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with the Project Implementation Plan and appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management Project Implementation Plan. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Administrator shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 (c) of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Administrator, and furnish to the Association Administrator not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationAdministrator, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Administrator a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering cadastral and environmental standards and immovable property rights registration practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, end shall carry out the Project through the PIU with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering administrative and environmental standards and financial practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for such Parts of the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry ensure the carrying out of the Project Project, in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be carried out through the PIU and shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Planning and Investment with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalengineering, engineering environmental and environmental standards and social practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialfinancial and public health and safety practices, technical, engineering and environmental and social standards and practicesacceptable to the Association, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this AgreementProject, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Project entities, in accordance with the provisions of the Operational Manual with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and rural development practices, and shall provideensure the provision, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program Arrangements set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOE with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeeducation, financial, technical, administrative and engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower through MOE shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower through MOE shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the MAWR with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeirrigation and drainage, financialengineering, technicalenvironmental, engineering administrative and environmental standards and financial practices, and shall provide, provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) . Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through SAIC, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalengineering, engineering environmental, and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Implementing Agency with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, agricultural and engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MIM with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering administrative and financial practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental standards and practicesfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit GEF Trust Fund Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Finance with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with the Project Implementation Plan and appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management Project Implementation Plan. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Administrator shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 (c) of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) : prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Administrator, and furnish to the Association Administrator not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationAdministrator, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MCTPC’s Department of Roads with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialengineering, technicalenvironmental, engineering financial and environmental standards and social practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeengineering, financial, technicaladministrative, engineering and public utility practices, and with due regard for environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives sustainability of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through Sarez Agency with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalenvironmental, engineering and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeeconomic, financial, technical, engineering administrative, environmental and environmental standards and transport practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section Section, and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement Agreement, the Project Implementation Plan and the provisions of the Environmental Management Plan. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOT with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalengineering, engineering resettlement and rehabilitation, and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Administrator shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Administrator shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ ' services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Interim Fund Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Administrator, and furnish to the Association Administrator not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationAdministrator, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Administrator a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through DCP as the executing agency, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativechild welfare, financialengineering, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and administrative practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Borrower, through DCP, shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after prior to the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the PIU, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeengineering, financial, technicalpublic utility, engineering public health, and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) Section 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project Project, as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the MDC with due diligence and efficiency efficiency, and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Section 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section 3.01, and except as the Association and Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of requirements set forth or referred to in the Environmental Management PlanPIP. Section 3.023.03. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.033.04. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalenvironmental, engineering social and environmental standards and forestry practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall shall, through its Ministry of Health and Population, carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalengineering, engineering environmental, and environmental standards and public health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOT and the PDOTs with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Operational Manual and the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and efficiency, in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering international waters conservation practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental standards and practicesfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and and, except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit GEF Trust Fund Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives sustainability of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and public health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program implementation program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement., as the said provisions may be further elaborated in the Procurement Plan.. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued future achievement of the objectives operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on the said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall shall: (a) carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and educational practices, and (b) shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the books and magazines, other goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOH with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, engineering, technical, engineering and environmental standards and public health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalagricultural, engineering and financial practices and with due regard to ecological, environmental standards and practicessocial factors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit GEF Trust Fund Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement achieve- ment of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through MRST, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, financial and computer engineering and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives sustainability of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and non-formal education practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit and the Swiss Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate cadastral, administrative, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and managerial practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through NEMC with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate environmental, administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and economic practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goodsworks, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this AgreementAgreementAgreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date Date, or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOLHSA with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate financial, administrative, financial, technical, engineering health care and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Borrower, through MOLHSA, shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its obligations under the Loan Agreement, shall carry out the Project through MOF with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and technical practices, ; and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MEPP with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and technical practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental standards and practicesfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and works, consultants’ services services, and operating costs required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit GEF Trust Fund Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through MED, with due diligence and efficiency and in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalengineering, engineering environmental, and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.08 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, engineering, environmental, financial, technical, engineering and environmental standards and public health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall:General (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialagricultural, technicaleducational, engineering engineering, environmental, financial and environmental standards and forestry practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for a plan designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialmanagement, technicalfinancial and forestry practices, engineering and sound social and environmental standards and practicesstandards, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, goods and works and consultants’ services required for Parts A, B and D of the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall shall, through the Project Executing Agencies, carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering environmental and environmental standards and land reform practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOWTC with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalengineering, engineering environmental, and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan and the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOE, MOHE and AACA with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project Project, and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 (c) of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the Association, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Project Management Unit, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financialeducational, technicalengineering, engineering environmental, and environmental standards and financial practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower Recipient and the Association Trustee shall otherwise agree, the Borrower Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Trustee shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Grant shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 8.06 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower Recipient shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Trustee, and furnish to the Association Trustee not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower Recipient and the AssociationTrustee, a plan for to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Trustee a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower Recipient on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this AgreementProject, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Settlements and Regional Infrastructure with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, engineering, financial, technical, engineering and road safety practices and sound environmental standards and practicessocial standards, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for designed to ensure the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project’s objectives; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this AgreementProject, and, to this end, shall through MITD, carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, economic, engineering, environmental, financial, technical, engineering management and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall shall, through MITD, carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and with the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanOperational Manual. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall, through MITD: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan. Section 3.04. The Borrower shall, through MITD, ensure that Training Subprojects are appraised and implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Operational Manual.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Project Executing Agencies with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering financial and environmental standards and economic practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works goods and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this AgreementAgreementAgreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Association, and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date Date, or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOE with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technicalengineering, engineering and environmental standards and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management PlanAgreement. Section 3.02. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works works, and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the Association, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.

Execution of the Project. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this AgreementProject, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, engineering engineering, water conservation practices and environmental standards and practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. (b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section and except as the Borrower and the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 4 5 to this Agreement and the provisions of the Environmental Management Mitigation Plan. Section 3.02. Except as the Association Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods, works and consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit Loan shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Agreement. Section 3.03. For the purposes of Section 9.06 9.07 of the General Conditions and without limitation thereto, the Borrower shall: (a) prepare, on the basis of guidelines acceptable to the Association Bank, and furnish to the Association Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date or such later date as may be agreed for this purpose between the Borrower and the AssociationBank, a plan for the continued achievement of the objectives future operation of the Project; and (b) afford the Association Bank a reasonable opportunity to exchange views with the Borrower on said plan.
