Common use of Execution Only Clause in Contracts

Execution Only. We will not advise you about the merits of a particular transaction we reasonably believe, when you give the order for the transaction, that you are not expecting such advice and are dealing on an execution only basis. Similarly, we will deal on an execution only basis where we believe that a particular transaction, as instructed by you, is not in accordance with your risk objectives. You may choose to change your account from execution only to advisory or vice-versa at any time by informing your broker. However, in the event that you change from advisory to execution only, any existing positions within the advisory account will be regarded as such for their corresponding sales.
