Execution or Distress any execution (Zwangsvollstreckung) or distress (Beschlagnahme) is levied against, or an encumbrancer takes possession of the whole, or any material part of the assets of the Borrower or any event which under the laws of any jurisdiction has a similar effect is not discharged within thirty (30) days;
Execution or Distress. (a) Any Security Party or a Material Subsidiary fails to comply with or pay any sum due from it (within 30 days of such amount falling due) under any final judgment or any final order made or given by any court or other official body of a competent jurisdiction in an aggregate (i) in respect of the Guarantor equal to or greater than one hundred million Dollars ($100,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency; or (ii) in respect of the Borrower equal to or greater than twenty million Dollars ($20,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency; or (iii) in respect of any other Security Party or any Material Subsidiary, ten million Dollars ($10,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency, being a judgment or order against which there is no right of appeal or if a right of appeal exists, where the time limit for making such appeal has expired. (b) Any execution, distress, expropriation, attachment or sequestration affects, or an encumbrancer takes possession of, the whole or any part of, the property, undertaking or assets of a Security Party or a Material Subsidiary in an aggregate amount (i) in respect of the Guarantor equal to or greater than one hundred million Dollars ($100,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency; or (ii) in respect of the Borrower equal to or greater than twenty million Dollars ($20,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency; or (iii) in respect of any other Security Party or any Material Subsidiary, ten million Dollars ($10,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency other than any execution, distress, expropriation, attachment or sequestration which is being contested in good faith and which is either discharged within 30 days or in respect of which adequate security has been provided within 30 days to the relevant court or other authority to enable the relevant execution, distress, expropriation, attachment or sequestration to be lifted or released; or
Execution or Distress. Any execution, distress or attachment is levied against, or an encumbrancer takes possession of, the whole or any part of, the property, undertaking or assets of the Parent, any Borrower, any Obligor which is a Material Subsidiary or (for the purposes of Clause 3.5 (Vanilla Certain Funds Period) only) the Merger Sub, having an aggregate value of more than £35 million (or its equivalent in other currencies) and the same is not discharged within 30 days.
Execution or Distress. Any execution, expropriation, attachment, sequestration or distress is levied against, or an encumbrancer takes possession of, all or a substantial part of the assets of the Borrower (a “Distress Event”) and such Distress Event continues for a period of thirty (30) Business Days, unless, upon the expiry of any such thirty (30) Business Day period if such Distress Event is still continuing, the Borrower demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Facility Agent that it is diligently and in good faith contesting such Distress Event by appropriate proceedings and that such Distress Event does not and could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Execution or Distress. Subject to clause 17.30, any execution or distress is levied against (unless any such execution is discharged within 14 days and is for an aggregate amount not exceeding (pound)100,000 in the case of the Borrower and (pound)1,000,000 in any other case), or an encumbrancer takes possession of, the whole or any part of, the property, undertaking or assets of any of the Borrower or, prior to the twelfth anniversary of the date of issue of the Completion Certificate, any of the Relevant Group Companies.

(b) Any execution or distress is levied against, or an encumbrancer takes possession of, the whole or any part of, the property, undertaking or assets of a Security Party, subject to the amount in question being in an aggregate amount (i) for the Borrower or the Bareboat Charterer, of equal to or greater than five million Dollars ($5,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency; or (ii) for TOO or any of its Subsidiaries (other than the Borrower and the Bareboat Charterer) or the Shareholder, of equal to or greater than one hundred million Dollars ($100,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency, other than any execution or distress which is being contested in good faith and which is either discharged within 30 days or in respect of which adequate security has been provided within 30 days to the relevant court or other authority to enable the relevant execution or distress to be lifted or released. (c) Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraphs of this clause 13.1.9, any levy of any distress on or any arrest, condemnation, confiscation, requisition for title or use, compulsory acquisition, seizure, detention or forfeiture of the Vessel (or any part thereof) or any exercise or purported exercise of any lien or claim on or against the Vessel where the release of or discharge of the lien or claim on or against the Vessel has not been procured within 30 days; or

(b) Any execution or distress is levied against, or an encumbrancer takes possession of, the whole or any part of, the property, undertaking or assets of a Security Party in an aggregate amount (i) in respect of Guarantor B equal to or greater than one hundred million Dollars ($100,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency; or (ii) in respect of Guarantor A equal to or greater than twenty five million Dollars ($25,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency; or (iii) in respect of each Borrower equal to or greater than five million Dollars ($5,000,000) or its equivalent in any other currency other than any execution or distress which is being contested in good faith and which is either discharged within 30 days or in respect of which adequate security has been provided within 30 days to the relevant court or other authority to enable the relevant execution or distress to be lifted or released. (c) Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraphs of this Clause 13.1.9, any levy of any distress on or any arrest, condemnation, confiscation, requisition for title or use, compulsory acquisition, seizure, detention or forfeiture of a Vessel (or any part thereof) or any exercise or purported exercise of any lien or claim on or against a Vessel where the release of or discharge the lien or claim on or against such Vessel has not been procured within 30 days; or
