Common use of Execution Clause in Contracts

Execution. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.

In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereofinstrument.

In such event the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature signing party shall create a valid and binding obligation deliver an original of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were to each of the other parties within one business day of signing, and failure to do so deliver such originals shall result in the facsimile copy of that party's signature being treated as an original thereoforiginal.

This Agreement may be executed in two or more separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which when taken together shall be considered constitute one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed instrument. Any party may execute this Agreement by each party and delivered transmitting a copy of its signature by facsimile to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpartparties. In such event the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature signing party shall create a valid and binding obligation deliver an original of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were to each of the other parties within one business day of signing, and failure to so deliver such originals shall result in the facsimile copy of that party's signature being treated as an original thereoforiginal.

The signature of any Party to the counterpart shall be deemed a signature to the Agreement, and may be appended to, any other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In Facsimile and email transmissions of executed signature pages shall be deemed as originals and sufficient to bind the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereofParty.

In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or in a PDF file by e-mail transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.

This Agreement may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmissiontransmission or email attachment, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or email-attached signature page were an original thereof.

This Voting Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both all parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) the same with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.

This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement agreement, and subject to Section 1.4, shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile or PDF transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or PDF signature page were an original thereof.

Execution. This Agreement may be executed in two or more any number of counterparts, all each of which when taken together so executed shall be considered deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement instrument, and shall become effective when counterparts have been all signatures need not appear on any one counterpart. Any Party hereto may execute and deliver a counterpart of this Agreement by delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a signature page of this Agreement signed by each party such Party, and delivered to the any such facsimile or other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign electronic signature shall be treated in all respects as having the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereofsignature.

This Agreement Assignment may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) the same with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.
