Common use of Exemplary Attendance Clause in Contracts

Exemplary Attendance. Employees achieving exemplary attendance during the term 1 of this Agreement shall be compensated @ $500 for 10 month and $550 for 12 month employees. Exemplary attendance is earned by those employees who are absent no more than two (2) days in any school year due to illness and/or personal business, but with the exception of professional, bereavement, jury service and approved vacation absences.

Exemplary Attendance. Employees Full-time employees achieving exemplary attendance in any school year during the term 1 of this Agreement shall be compensated @ at $500 200 for 10 month and $550 240 for 12 month employees.
