Exempt Notes. Under this Base Prospectus, the Issuer may also issue Exempt Notes (being Notes for which no prospectus is required to be published under the Prospectus Regulation) and any terms and conditions not contained in this Base Prospectus which are applicable to such Exempt Notes will be set out in the applicable Final Terms.
