Common use of Exercisability of Vested Options Clause in Contracts

Exercisability of Vested Options. Employee’s period to exercise his Options, to the extent vested, shall be extended to July 30, 2003. The terms of the existing Stock Option Agreements and Stock Plan shall continue to govern all other aspects of Employee’s exercise and vesting of Options, and if applicable, the Company’s right to repurchase any common stock issued pursuant to such Options.
